KEYS AND ACCESS CARDS

Keys and Access Cards for Common Facilities: To ensure adequate provision for members, any duplicate or lost keys and access cards for the common facilities must be requested from the Manager. A fee may be applied for duplicate keys and access cards.

CLOSING THE COMMON FACILITIES

Closure: The Manager may close any or all of the Common Facilities as the Manager considers necessary for security, health, or safety reasons, or for the purposes of maintaining or repairing the Common Facilities. The Manager will endeavour to give reasonable notice to the Members of any proposed closure unless the situation requires immediate closure.
